Start your second day with a wholesome breakfast at your hotel before embarking on one of the most iconic sightseeing experiences on the planet. Your expert personal guide will escort you to the legendary Giza Plateau, home to the Great Pyramids of Giza, the only surviving Wonder of the Ancient World and an absolute highlight of any Egypt vacation. Accessible pathways allow wheelchair travelers to fully appreciate the sheer scale of these 4,500-year-old monuments, which were built as eternal tombs for Pharaohs Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. From here, you'll visit the enigmatic Great Sphinx, the world's largest monolithic statue, and the Valley Temple, one of the oldest stone structures in Egypt. After a delicious lunch at an authentic local Egyptian restaurant, the afternoon takes you to the spectacular Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), located just two kilometres from the pyramids. This state-of-the-art institution is among the world's largest and most advanced archaeological museums, housing over 100,000 artefacts spanning 5,000 years of Egyptian civilization. Visitors can marvel at the complete Tutankhamun collection, displayed together for the very first time in history. The museum's modern architecture, interactive exhibits, and panoramic views of the Giza Plateau make it a truly unmissable experience. Overnight: Cairo Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
After a satisfying breakfast, check out from your Cairo hotel and begin your journey to Alexandria, Egypt's captivating Mediterranean port city. The approximately three-hour drive along the desert highway is comfortable in your private air-conditioned, wheelchair-accessible vehicle, offering a fascinating glimpse of Egypt's varied landscapes as you travel northward. Founded by Alexander the Great in 331 BC, Alexandria is one of the ancient world's most legendary cities, a place where Greek, Roman, and Egyptian cultures once converged in spectacular fashion. Today it retains a unique coastal charm, blending grand colonial architecture with a vibrant modern energy unlike anywhere else in Egypt. Your sightseeing begins at Pompey's Pillar, a towering Roman triumphal column erected in honor of Emperor Diocletian and one of Alexandria's most striking ancient landmarks. Next, explore the magnificent Qaitbey Citadel, a 15th-century fortified masterpiece built by Sultan Qaitbay on the very site where the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, once stood. The citadel's dramatic seaside position and well-preserved battlements make it extraordinarily photogenic. Lunch is served at a local restaurant before checking into your five-star accessible hotel in Alexandria. Overnight: Alexandria Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your five-star hotel in Alexandria before bidding farewell to this enchanting Mediterranean city. Your private, wheelchair-accessible air-conditioned vehicle will transfer you comfortably back to Cairo, a scenic three-hour drive that traces Egypt's northern coastline before heading inland through the fertile Nile Delta region. Upon arriving in Cairo, you'll check back into your hotel with the rest of the afternoon free to relax, explore the hotel's facilities, or take an optional stroll through a local neighborhood with your guide. Cairo is filled with wonderful experiences beyond the main tourist sites — from vibrant souks and aromatic coffee houses rooftop restaurants overlooking the Nile. Overnight: Cairo Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast at your Cairo hotel, you'll be transferred to Cairo International Airport for your domestic flight south to Luxor, ancient Egypt's greatest open-air museum and one of the world's most extraordinary archaeological destinations. Upon landing, our representative will meet and assist you, ensuring a smooth transition to your five-star accessible hotel in this remarkable city. Known in antiquity as Thebes, Luxor served as the capital of Egypt's powerful New Kingdom and remains unrivaled in the sheer density and grandeur of its surviving monuments. Once checked in, your personal guide will escort you to the famous East Bank, where two of ancient Egypt's most awe-inspiring temples stand waiting. First, explore the colossal Karnak Temple Complex, a vast sacred city of sanctuaries, pylons, obelisks, and hypostyle halls constructed over more than 2,000 years by successive pharaohs. The Great Hypostyle Hall, with its forest of 134 massive decorated columns, is among the most breathtaking spaces in the ancient world. A short distance away, the elegant Luxor Temple glows golden in the afternoon light, its avenue of sphinxes and soaring ramesses statues creating an unforgettable tableau along the Nile corniche. Lunch is served at a local restaurant during your Luxor sightseeing tour. Overnight: Luxor Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
This morning, your personal tour guide will escort you across the Nile to Luxor's legendary West Bank, the realm of the dead in ancient Egyptian belief and home to some of the most extraordinary funerary monuments ever created. The West Bank's rose-gold cliffs and sweeping desert valleys have concealed royal tombs and sacred temples for over three millennia. Your first stop is the magnificent Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari. One of the best-preserved and most architecturally stunning temples in all of Egypt, this three-tiered mortuary temple was built for ancient Egypt's most powerful female pharaoh, who ruled as king for over two decades during the 18th Dynasty. The temple's elegant colonnaded terraces rise dramatically against the sheer limestone cliffs behind it, creating an image of rare natural and architectural harmony. Accessible ramps make it possible for wheelchair travelers to appreciate much of this incredible site comfortably. Afterward, visit the iconic Colossi of Memnon, two towering seated statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III that have guarded the entrance to his ruined mortuary temple for 3,400 years. These giants, each standing over 18 metres tall, are among the most recognizable images in Egyptology. Lunch is served at a local restaurant before returning to your hotel. Overnight: Luxor Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
After breakfast, your private wheelchair-accessible air-conditioned vehicle will transfer you from Luxor southward along the Nile Valley to Aswan, one of Egypt's most beautiful and historically significant cities. The approximately three-hour drive through Upper Egypt's golden landscapes, where date palms line the riverbanks and ancient villages dot the desert edge, is a deeply atmospheric journey in itself. Situated near Egypt's ancient southern frontier, Aswan has long been a gateway between the Mediterranean world and sub-Saharan Africa. Its Nubian heritage gives the city a distinctly warm, colorful character, and the slower pace of life here feels genuinely restorative. Upon arrival, check into your accessible hotel before heading out for afternoon sightseeing. Your first visit is the outstanding Nubian Museum, an award-winning institution that celebrates the rich culture, history, and heritage of Nubia, a civilization largely submerged when the Aswan High Dam created Lake Nasser. The museum's beautifully curated exhibits bring Nubian history vividly to life through artifacts, jewelry, sculptures, and multimedia presentations. Next, visit the impressive Aswan High Dam, an engineering marvel completed in 1971 that transformed Egypt's agriculture and power generation, while creating one of the world's largest artificial lakes. Lunch is served at a local restaurant before returning to your hotel. Overnight: Aswan Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Today's excursion takes you to one of the most spectacular and emotionally stirring ancient sites on earth. After breakfast, at 8:30 am your private wheelchair-accessible air-conditioned van departs for Abu Simbel, a four-hour drive through Aswan's golden desert alongside the shimmering waters of Lake Nasser, the world's largest man-made reservoir. Abu Simbel is home to two magnificent rock-cut temples commissioned by Pharaoh Ramesses II around 1264 BC. The Great Temple, dedicated to Ramesses himself and the gods Amun, Ra-Horakhty, and Ptah, is fronted by four colossal seated statues of the pharaoh, each standing 20 metres high and radiating an overwhelming sense of power and permanence. Inside, vividly painted reliefs narrate Ramesses's military victories, most famously his celebrated Battle of Kadesh against the Hittites. The smaller Temple of Hathor, dedicated to Ramesses's beloved queen Nefertari, stands nearby, one of only two temples in ancient Egypt built by a pharaoh to honor his wife. What makes Abu Simbel even more extraordinary is its modern story: in the 1960s, both temples were painstakingly dismantled block by block and relocated to higher ground to save them from the rising waters of Lake Nasser, one of history's greatest feats of archaeological engineering. Lunch is served locally before the return drive to Aswan. Overnight: Aswan Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
After a relaxing breakfast at your Aswan hotel, you'll be transferred to Aswan Airport for your domestic flight back north to Cairo. The short flight offers a final aerial perspective on the timeless Nile Valley. Upon landing in Cairo, our representative will meet you at the airport and escort you comfortably to your five-star deluxe hotel, where you'll be checked in with full accessible services. The afternoon is yours to spend as you wish, perhaps revisiting a favorite Cairo neighborhood, browsing the legendary Khan el-Khalili bazaar for last-minute souvenirs, enjoying high tea overlooking the Nile, or simply relaxing at your hotel's pool or spa after days of exhilarating sightseeing. Overnight: Cairo Meals: Breakfast
After a final leisurely breakfast at your five-star Cairo hotel, it's time to bid farewell to Egypt, a country that will undoubtedly stay with you long after you've returned home. Your accessible modern vehicle will transfer you comfortably to Cairo International Airport, where your tour manager will assist you through departure procedures, ensuring a smooth and stress-free end to your journey. This wheelchair-accessible Egypt tour has proven that the wonders of ancient Egypt are there for every traveler to discover and enjoy, regardless of mobility needs. Trip Information & Guidelines

While our group tours are a great way to travel, most can also be booked privately for a more exclusive experience. Private tours offer greater flexibility, allowing you to customise the itinerary, accommodation, and pace to suit your preferences. They can run on the same dates as group tours or on alternative dates, though some activities may be limited to specific days.

Pricing depends on group size and any customisation. For a fully personalised experience, our team can design a tailor-made tour based on your interests and requirements.

Most sightseeing on a Nile cruise is included and is a highlight of the trip, with tours conducted by air-conditioned minibuses or coaches from the boat. Itineraries may change based on local conditions, and some sailing can occur at night. Special Gala Dinners are typically held on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, and their cost is usually compulsory and included in group tour prices, or added to private and tailor-made tours.

This cruise runs on limited dates and is subject to availability and vessel operation. Please confirm availability with us before booking international flights.
Shorter itineraries are available on request on alternate dates (12-day Cairo–Luxor, 13-day Aswan–Cairo, 10-day Luxor–Cairo)

Our small group tours typically use high-quality 5-star hotels in Cairo, Aswan, Luxor, and Hurghada, with pools and dining options. Budget tours may use comfortable 3–4 star hotels, all with air-conditioned en-suite rooms. Some itineraries also feature charming Nubian-style hotels in Aswan.

Private and tailor-made tours offer a wider range, from mid-range 3–4 star hotels to luxury 5-star properties. Nile cruises usually operate on Egyptian 5-star boats (comparable to international 4-star standards), with deluxe, all-suite boats and Dahabiyas available for private tours.

Accommodation is in air-conditioned twin, double, or triple en-suite rooms or cabins.

Gala Dinners: Many hotels and cruise boats host special dinners on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. These may be optional or compulsory (especially on New Year’s Eve), with prices ranging from USD 50–150+. These are not included in tour prices and may be added if required.

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after your departure—please avoid travelling with a nearly full or expiring passport. Visa requirements are the traveller’s responsibility and may change, so check with your local Egyptian embassy or consulate before.

Although official advice recommends obtaining a visa in advance (via the official e-visa site), many nationalities can get a visa on arrival at Cairo Airport. This is a quick process, costs USD 30, and must be paid in cash (USD, GBP, or EUR). No forms or photos are required, and our representative will assist you on arrival.

Important Notes:

  • Canadian citizens must obtain a visa in advance.
  • African, Indian, and some other nationalities also need to arrange visas before travel.

For the latest requirements, please contact us or your nearest Egyptian embassy.

Bring any standard luggage (suitcase, backpack, or holdall), plus a small day bag. Your main luggage is usually left at the hotel during sightseeing, with porters available to assist. While there’s no tour luggage limit, airlines typically allow 20–25kg for checked bags and 5–10kg for hand luggage—please confirm with your airline.

Clothing: Egypt is generally hot, but evenings—especially in the desert—can be cool, so pack layers. Casual wear is fine; formal clothing is not required. Modest, loose-fitting clothes are recommended, particularly for women. In central Cairo and at mosques, arms and legs should be covered. Long sleeves are also useful for mosquito protection, especially on felucca trips.

Other Essentials: Consider bringing a light sleeping sheet (or a sleeping bag in winter for felucca trips), along with a sun hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, basic first aid kit, toiletries, small towel, money belt, torch, camera, and charger.
